Device not connected
Please connect Night Shift to USB port and click Connect to Device.
If your Night Shift device is connected by USB cable to your computer
and the Device Information box above says Device not connected
your computer may not have the latest version of Java installed.
Click this link
and follow the instructions to download
and install the latest version of Java.
Device will blink and vibrate, this is normal. Do not unplug device.
The date and/or time of the Night Shift device is different from the computer. Click here to update the date/time of the device.
A newer version of firmware is available. Click here to upgrade the firmware.
Firmware upgrades can improve reporting and impact therapy. Are you sure you do not want to upgrade?
